Is there a registration cutoff date for workshops?
Registrations are accepted on a first come basis until the workshop is full. Participation in each workshop is limited, so early registration is encouraged. A deposit of $250 will hold your space until such time as payment in full is required which is generally 60 days before start of workshop, or as stipulated in workshop details, whichever comes first.
Should the workshop be full, please ask to be placed on a wait list.
How many students do you take for each workshop?
Most workshops are limited to a maximum number of 12 participants unless noted otherwise in specific workshop details.

How do I pay for the workshop and what's included?
Unless specifically noted otherwise, tuition covers instruction only. Transportation, lodging, meals, Park entry fees and any other expenses are your responsibility. More information can be found in the General Information Section.
Workshop tuition can be paid by cashier or personal check, cash or credit card. All credit card payments are processed through PayPal for your safety and convenience. Payment in full is due on or before the cutoff date noted for each workshop.

How do I get to the workshop and where do I stay?
Transportation to, during and from the workshop is your responsibility, as are meals and lodging. Please visit the General Information Section for guidance concerning air travel, car rental, meals and lodging.
Please note that Many Glacier is quite remote and lodging is extremely limited. For this reason, you are urged to make reservations as early as possible. Please contact Glacier National Park Lodges for accommodations.
What do I bring?

Can my spouse or partner come along?
Your traveling companion is welcome to share your room at no additional cost. They are also welcome to participate in any informal gatherings and critique sessions that may be held. Unfortunately, they may not participate in any field or classroom photo or lecture sessions unless they have registered to participate. Glacier National Park Lodges and the National Park Service has numerous activities scheduled throughout the summer that your traveling companion may enjoy while you are attending workshop sessions.
